A Day With EL

Is never boring. She wakes up the moment she hears someone else stirring in the house. Singing or talking at her usual volume. She doesn't do quiet unless she is sound asleep!

She has somehow talked the swim instructor into letting her put a doll on her kick board while she swims!
Because the guitar isn't loud enough we had to have tap shoes on too!
 Music makes her happy

Noosa Bound

We went up to Noosa for a long weekend with 4 other families to end the school holiday break. 10 adults, 13 kids, MA being the oldest, EL being the youngest! It was a blast! The kids had fun, the adults had just as much fun, I think. The kids swam all day, every day. Literally all. day. long. Only stopping long enough to shovel some food in their bodies before they were off again. We went to the beach a couple mornings. I am pretty sure the kids will remember this trip for a long time!

Trying to get 3 kids looking at the camera is always fun. I took about 20 pics and the last one is the only one they are all looking in one direction!

School Holiday

I was really looking forward to a nice and quiet break from school. Not having to hustle out the door, pack lunches, wash uniforms, no homework. We managed to do a few things during the week but had some time to relax at home too each day. We saw Turbo with some friends, got haircuts, new hats from a friend in the USA, and swimming lessons. Week 2 was much of the same. Seeing friends and relaxing. Just what we all needed.

Grandma got to meet L&K and visit with everyone
