Sept Soccer

Soccer every weekend. Usually multiple locations and a few overnight trips. League games in the QC. MA headed up north for a weekend. DB headed south. Probably the best fall soccer weather we will ever have. Sunny and warm almost every game!

EL's team played their hearts out and never gave up! They played a team that was a year older than them. The same team we played the day before and lost by 4 goals. These girls came from behind in the championship game to win! Just goes to show you that it isn't over until the final whistle. A U10 trophy for my lil EL (age 6)

Volcano Anyone?

DB and Papa made a volcano. And of course the regular size, indoor experiment wouldn't cut it with these two. So they went out front, did some digging, and made it larger! The excitement on their faces. Well done!

Homecoming 2016

Homecoming arrived in mid Sept. The kids hadn't been to a parade in a few years and it was fun. Small town, USA homecoming. Candy, seeing friends on the floats, and a warm afternoon.

DB Is 9!

DB had a full birthday. His team had a soccer tournament in Springfield bright and early. It was fun to spend the day with him and watch him doing something he loves. BWW for lunch. The rest of the fam showed for his 2nd game and then we headed home. Presents to unwrap and called it a day.

DB is full of life. He loves to build/ design things. Tape can fix anything! He will head outside to play in the morning and can't be bothered to come in until the sun has set and we are calling him home. He makes friends easily and loves any sport.

He requested to have his family birthday party at the new house.  So we packed up the cake and presents and enjoyed a lovely evening on our new back patio. Then headed up for Pizza night with everyone. Dessert 1st, dinner 2nd. No complaints from the birthday boy!
