Thanksgiving

The house was full. The food was terrific. Thanksgiving break was full of friends and family. 

Nashville Father Daughter weekend

Our 1st Dad/ Daughter trip to Nashville was a success. I got to ride shotgun for part of the trip. So much room! We relaxed, didn't eat nearly enough, and drank to make up for lack of meals. Listened to music, met some nice people along the way. Looking forward to our next trip!

Just Keep Swimming

A swim meet in Champaign. Drove there in the dark. Drove home in the dark. A couple of long days in a very overcrowded pool. The girls swam well and got some PBs. On Sunday, we had to hustle out of there and get back for a soccer game. From one thing to the next!

Halloween

DB wanted to use power tools to carve his pumpkin. Papa supervised. MA had a test to study for while carved and Grandma helped her. EL got home from swimming and promptly picked a cat face design for her pumpkin. Daddy was in charge of that one. EL was a cheerleader. DB was an Army guy. MA was Wonder Woman. And they brought home more candy that we can ever eat!
