Aunt Shirley was in town so we got to do gingerbread houses with her. She goes all out. Everyone loves it!

Ohma Is 95!
Ohma turned 95! We planned a special night to celebrate her. Family that couldn't join us in person, hopped on a Zoom call.

Thanksgiving COVID Style
The Friday before thanksgiving break, we got the dreaded call from the school nurse saying EL had been "exposed" to another student that had since tested positive for COVID. I am surprised that we hadn't gotten a call earlier in the year. We took it in stride. Emers got to spend a lot of time in her room (in an effort to keep the rest of us in the clear in case she developed symptoms down the road). Matt, MA & DB went ahead to the lake after we got the ok from the health dept that they didn't need to be quarantined as well. Aunt Shirley made sure we had a thanksgiving feast!
