Cross Country

The school had their cross country meet just before the end of 1st term. EL is in the red skirt and white shirt. DB was right in the thick of things so he managed to go unphotographed in his race. MA won her age group but wasn't too happy about the mud splatters on the back of her favorite shirt. An ice block made the hard work better for everyone.

Soccer Carnival

Due to a large break in the regular soccer season, the club organized a carnival for the U6-U8 teams. EL played 3 games, MA filled in for a team and played 3 also. DB ended up playing 3 games with his team and then 2 more games to help out teams that were short on players. I made some ANZAC biscuits and we enjoyed a gorgeous sunset as we drove home.

March Mashup

March was jam packed. We wrapped up swim club and soccer went full steam ahead. The weather stayed very warm until Easter weekend and then you could just feel the change in the air. Autumn is on its way.

DB has started guitar lessons.
