where will we put all of that?

For the record, Matt wanted to bring everything. I wanted to bring the bare minimum (with the exception of food, paper towels & toilet paper apparently.) Our container finally arrived at the end of Aug. The rental furnishing left in the morning & the movers were scheduled to arrive between 12-2. At 4:30 they showed up. They quickly got to work unpacking the boxes and furniture. My job was to mark off each number as they called it out. With kids and Matt home, dinner time passing, & bed time nearing, the truck was emptied. Everywhere was full of boxes, nothing unpacked except sheets for each bed. We were tired! As we searched for the basics like plates and cups, we had a late dinner and headed to bed. The boxes would still be there in the morning.

This is the most uncomfortable couch, we were happy to see it go!

Of course we had to go out and buy a tv once the rental was gone. Got a good deal. Should serve us just fine for the couple of years we will be using it for. Very classy carrying it thru the mall

We have plenty of paper products for a long time. Yes I know they sell this stuff here. Just made me feel better knowing I had it taken care of, I guess

I don't mind unpacking so much. In fact, it might even be enjoyable if I was along with nothing else to do. But kids need to eat, g to school, Matt has work. As I got things unpacked the kids got into whatever they could. So the house was a disaster zone. I feel its hard to see the progress but one day it will all just be done. They brought a couple things I intended for storage but that's ok. I just didn't know where we will put all our stuff. We ended up with a 20ft sea container stuffed full!Toys, sewing & craft supplies, and cups --> we own way too many of these items. I am leaving tons of stuff in boxes, we just don't have enough space for it all to be out all the time. I like uncluttered, clean rooms. Plain & simple. So the work continues & I think progress is being made.
