We tried tennis out with a couple friends. My kids have never played/ seen it played/ anything tennis related before. DB went 1st. He did pretty well. Swung the racket like a baseball bat a couple times but had good hand eye coordination and hit the ball most of the time. MA had her lesson next. She had a small moment of worry when they split up into small groups. None of her friends were with her and most of the kids have been playing for a while. But we got her straightened out and she finished her lesson. She did a nice job. All in all, DB said he would like to continue. MA is on the fence. Which is fine. She plans to swim 2-3 times a week in the big pool for Junior Squad + Nippers. So that will be her call to make.
