Best of Night

  MA's school put on an end of your performance called Best of Night. We went for dinner and enjoyed the evening with friends at school. The kids had sausages & chocolate gelato. They ran around all over the Oval and just had fun being kids with their friends. The parents stayed  around the same spot, chatted, and did head counts to make sure no one was getting lost in the crowd. EL just wanted to be one of the "big" kids and did pretty well keeping up with them. MA's class performed the poem "My Shadow" from Peter Pan. After each grade had their turn the entire school did a torch walk around the Oval. It was neat to see the lights move around the path. The kids had a blast too. The students sang 2 Christmas songs: Happy Christmas & The 3 Drovers. We packed up and headed home. All 3 kiddos were asleep within 5 minutes of their heads hitting the pillow.
