Southbank

  The days leading up to Christmas we made several trips to Southbank. We walked around the market, had dinner on the Queen Street Mall, & caught the Myer Parade. We took the train in one night and the kids thought that was fun. We tried to watch The Polar Express & Christmas Vacation on the beach but the rain decided to make several appearances & we called it a night. But we did have fun before it started to pour and got about 1/2 of The Polar Express in.

  Myer had a nightly parade & pantomime during December. We got there early enough and got a sport right along the parade route. There were bands, dancers, drummers, & even camels! Quite impressive if you want my opinion.
